A masterfully balanced dark chocolate that is sweet enough to appeal to a wide range of people. It is a chocolate that we use almost exclusively for the production of thin shells of our pralines in our chocolate manufacture.
We make each of our chocolate bars by hand from one of the highest quality chocolates in the world. We are very interested in the origin of cocoa beans and their processing technology with respect to the environment.
Due to the preservation of the quality of our products, we will interrupt production and be closed from July 1st to September 1st. We will look forward to seeing you again in September when the temperatures will be more favorable for our chocolate.
