A very unique dark chocolate, which is made from the entire cocoa fruit, not only from the beans but also the pulp. Chocolate has a lovely sour taste, very strong fruit and citrus tones and is free of any other ingredients: it does not contain refined sugars, lecithin or vanilla.
We make each of our chocolate bars by hand from one of the highest quality chocolates in the world. We are very interested in the origin of cocoa beans and their processing technology with respect to the environment.
